Job Description:

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as Event Set-up/Take-Down, Warehouse Operations and Rental Program Staff. These roles involve working on-site at various events and assisting in our warehouse, ensuring that our decor and rental items are set up and returned efficiently and safely. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and dismantle event decor and rental equipment on-site.

- Organize and maintain our warehouse inventory of decor and rental items.

- Assist with loading and unloading items for events.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure event timelines are met.

- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients during events.

- Adhere to safety protocols and handle all equipment properly.

Qualifications:

- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs).

- Experience in event planning, decor, or rental services is a plus, but not required.

- Strong teamwork and communication skills.

- Flexible schedule, with availability to work evenings and weekends.
