We specialize in all stages of event design, decorating and coordination. Whether you are planning a corporate event, private function or a wedding, we are pleased to work with you to design and stage an event that fits your vision and budget.

Decorate Victoria's services are customized to each client's unique ideas and expectations. We start with a complimentary consultation where we get to know you and talk about your vision and needs in detail, as well as create a detailed, realistic budget and productive schedule.

We have access to our own extensive decor inventory, as well as an in-house florist, and also work with other Victoria and Lower Mainland suppliers to access theme decor items that we may not have on hand. In short, we can do it all!

The possibilities for what we can customize and create are endless - and as such, we do not distribute a catalogue or pricing guide. In order to best support your event, we look forward to first scheduling a meeting with you to discuss your vision, the scope of your event and what we can offer.

  • We work on all types of events! Corporate gatherings, non-profit galas, private parties, birthdays, weddings - and any other occasion you can think of. We are LGBTQ+ friendly and happy to work on celebrations for all ages, abilities, races and religions.

  • Yes, we would love to have you visit. We offer consultations by appointment only, so give us a call: 250-382-4833.

  • Our inventory is constantly changing and we have an enormous warehouse stocked full of decor items. As such, we do not have a comprehensive catalogue to share.

  • We do have a minimum spend, and depending on the time of year and the type of event, our minimum spend can range from $1,000 - $3,000. We always recommend you have a budget in mind before our first consultation so we can ensure your vision fits into your budget.

  • Our services are priced out by the item for decor, and by the hour for installation. We are not able to provide information without a consultation to determine the scope of your event. Once we have had a consultation we will be able to provide you with a more accurate quote.
